Afternoon

Gates Open 03:15pm - 03:30pm (Children are released at 3.20pm)

• Punctuality: Any arrival after 9:00am will be recorded as late.
• Reporting Absence: If your child is unexpectedly absent, please telephone the school office before 8:30am on the first day. You will need to provide a reason for the absence and an estimate of how long it will last.
• Leave Requests: Leaves of absence are only granted in exceptional circumstances and must be requested in writing at least four weeks in advance using the official form
• Medical Appointments: We ask that medical and dental appointments be booked outside of school hours whenever possible. Where an appointment is needed during the school day, evidence of the appointment will be required
